Light

the essence of our being, our path unfolding,
pure truth,
our evolution towards a state of health and perfection.

We reap what we sow
So...We must plant what we wish to harvest.

Our Vision:

  • To offer an oasis of alternative health in Western Honduras providing a place of education and relief from stress related disease.
  • Create peace of mind and peace on the planet.
  • Take responsibility for healing ourselves, and serving as an example for others to know that it is possible, and it is time.
  • Provide access to our services to all regardless of economic resources.
  • Provide another interest point in the area to boost the regional economy.

Our Service to others:

  • As a socially conscious enterprise, we donate 5% of our profits from all week-long retreats, conferences and consultations to a local group that supports women and family health.
  • Alternative health options can be scarce and expensive in Honduras. We are committed to providing subsidized energy healing massage and yoga for economically underprivileged people in the area. We will treat anyone in need, regardless of their payment abilities. With your support, we are able to support others.

    Seed of Light is:

Leah Glatz: Leah became a Certified Kripalu Instructor in 2005, building on over 10 years of practice and following an inner calling after a spiritual awakening. She has since begun a practice of intuitive energy bodywork that integrates hot stones, crystal work, healing sound with Tibetan Bowls, didgeridoo and mantras at her Holistic Centre “Seed of Light” in Copan. Leah has been on the shamanic path for 2 years using integrative meditative techniques and light-work practices in order to facilitate transformative and healing experiences for her clients. She sees her role as that of an an Awakener of others during these times of change, an inspiration for others to walk their path of Light.

Leah's deepest desire is to see all beings begin to heal themselves so that we may raise the planetary vibration to heal collectively. May we all know our higher selves and shine brightly. Jai Bhagwan.

Oscar Polío: An artist, writer, traditional Andean flutist, and practicing holistic healing therapist for nearly ten years. He has traveled the world performing and giving talks about Mayan culture, energy medicine, and personal transformation.

Oscar is currently developing a series of documentaries about alternative healing and the Mayan culture. In Copán you can find him by following the haunting melodies of his flute into the town centre, where he plays on weekends.

A spiritual renewal in Copán will make your trip to the Mayan world unforgettable.
